Important Notice

Refund and cancellation policies are primarily determined by individual event organizers. Ticket for Events acts as a platform facilitating ticket sales and follows the policies set by each event organizer.

General Refund Policy

Event Organizer Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

  • Full refunds will be processed automatically within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing fees may be waived at our discretion
  • You will receive email notification about the cancellation and refund

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

For customer-initiated cancellations:

  • Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's specific policy
  • Some events may offer full refunds within a certain timeframe
  • Others may charge cancellation fees or offer no refunds
  • Check the event details page for specific cancellation terms

Processing Fees

Standard Processing Fees

Our standard processing fees are:

  • 2.9% + $0.30 for credit/debit card transactions
  • Additional fees may apply for international transactions
  • Processing fees are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations
  • Fees may be waived for event organizer cancellations
