5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate event information and descriptions
• Honor all ticket sales and commitments to attendees
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle customer service issues related to their events
• Pay all applicable fees and charges

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit or procure harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in unauthorized advertising or spam
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ticket for Events or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this platform, even if Ticket for Events or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
